Alright, after great research, I managed to figure out how to get Kinokuniya books to order me a copy of Chuck's book, 300-dear-Jane-ish blocks. Wondering how long it will take to get my copy, but good it isn't here yet as so many projects on my plate right now.
Did you ever receive this book? If so, can you share how you ordered it?
