Can you guess what our son is this year for Halloween?
You know I love to make the costume myself, but at 11:30 pm last night I was wondering where the wisdom in that was.
In any case, I only have 1 more moon to sew on, and he'll be ready to tear up the neighborhood.
We practiced last night...he rang the doorbell, Daddy crouched next to him and whispered "trick or treat" in his ear...so he whispered in a very tiny voice "trick or treat mommy".
It was the cutest little thing on earth.
Enjoy your Halloween! I love homemade costumes. Let me know if you are out there also making some.
Looks like I found perhaps the most darling little girl costume over at Wee Toes and Noggins. Too cute!
I am a Halloween costume maker too, sometimes not so successfully but, you know.
ReplyDeleteI'm making gnome costumes. I have one more beard to needle felt. You should check out my flickr set of my life in Halloween photos.
ReplyDeletep.s. we felt the earthquake,too.
Glad to know the quake didn't keep you from sewing-up Halloween. Big cheers for home-made. We are celebrating a home-made Halloween too!
ReplyDeleteLooks like the Mickey Mouse wizard costume, to me! My kids got home made costumes this year...Wonder Woman (how does a three year old decide to be that?!) and The Green Arrow. Fun times.
ReplyDeleteThat costume looks amazing! Can't wait to see the whole thing!
ReplyDeleteThis looks amazing! The colours are beautiful together and the shapes are beautiful! I bet he was one adorable Dumbledore (?)! :-) ;-)
