Here's a photo of the red fabric that my friend's mom gave to me. They are all so pretty. Perhaps I feel a valentine quilt coming on.
If you love Japanese animation, you have to love My Neighbor Totoro.
My husband sent me a link to this adorable story of this kid who accidently dropped his stuffed Totoro doll down a storm drain, and what several dedicated adults did to try and save him.
It's called Don't Let Totoro Die, We Can Wash Him!
Oh... so many beautiful red japanese fabric. Where do you find them. I have been looking all over for red japanese but they are hard to find.

ReplyDeleteMy kids & I have been Japanese movie buffs for years (Hayao Myazaki---my kids watch ANYTHING he creates). My Neighbor Totoro is one of absolute favorites...

ReplyDeleteSo lovely fabrics! Wish could steal them from you :) Also Totoro animation, which produced by Studio Ghibli, is my #1 fav ever. There's more great anime movies made by this wonderful studio.
